Inlight Therapy, Inc. warranties each new device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Costs for repairs outside of the warranty period are the responsibility of the customer. Please review the product warranty details and qualifications.

Approximately 24 business hours after your order has been placed, it is packed and processed for shipping. A UPS shipping label is applied to your package, and the tracking number is generated. Your UPS tracking number is emailed to you, allowing you to check and follow the shipping status of your order. If you are not able to find the tracking number, please be sure to check your email’s junk/spam folders first. If you need further assistance, contact your Inlight sales representative.
