Inlight Therapy, Inc. warranties each new device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Costs for repairs outside of the warranty period are the responsibility of the customer. Please review the product warranty details and qualifications.

If you would like to have your representative contact you to provide pricing and other information about the products, please contact us to submit your request. Your representative will be able to answer any questions and place your order for you. Thank you for your business!

Your order is typically packed and processed for shipping within approximately 24 business hours after it has been placed. A UPS shipping label is affixed to your package, and a tracking number is generated. This tracking number is then emailed to you, enabling you to monitor the shipping progress of your order. If you cannot locate the tracking number, please ensure to check your email’s junk/spam folders initially. Should you require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to the designated Inlight sales representative you’re working with.

Once the repair is completed, an Inlight Repairs Representative will reach out to you via email to provide payment instructions. Please note that you will not receive a phone call. The email will be sent to the address you provided on your repair form. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the repair process or payment, communicate with your designated repairs representative through email.
