Treatment of Ailments. How can the Inlight Therapy products work for me?

How much do the System Packages, LED Pads, and Controllers cost?
Our products are not directly sold to the public. Our products are sold through our Authorized Inlight Therapy Sales Representatives. If you have any questions, and would like to have a representative contact you (for pricing and product information), please contact us to submit your request, and a representative will contact you.
What kind of warranty is included with all Inlight Therapy products?
Inlight Therapy, Inc. warranties each new device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Costs for repairs outside of the warranty period are the responsibility of the customer. Please review the product warranty details and qualifications.
I have purchased the Inlight product(s) in the past. How do I order more products?
If you would like to have your representative contact you to provide pricing and other information about the products, please contact us to submit your request. Your representative will be able to answer any questions and place your order for you. Thank you for your business!
How can I check shipping status of my order?
Approximately 24 hours after your order has been placed, your order is packed and processed for shipping. A label is created and applied to your package, and a UPS tracking number is generated. You will receive the UPS tracking number via email, from your Inlight sales representative. The tracking number allows you to check the shipping status of your order. To see where your package is in transit, just click on the tracking number provided in the email. If you have not located the tracking email information in your Inbox, be sure to also check your email’s spam/junk folders.
If you still have not been able to locate your tracking number, contact your Inlight sales representative you purchased the product(s) from.
How do I pay for the reconditioning or repair?
I have a notification that it's completed.
Please contact the Inlight Reconditioning & Repairs Department to check the status of your reconditioning and repair, and to make payment. An Inlight Repairs Representative will contact you to review any details, estimated date of completion, how your payment is processed, and your product is shipped back to you, using the address you provided on the Service Request Form.
