Inlight Therapy, Inc. warranties each new device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Approximately 24 hours after your order has been placed, your order is packed and processed for shipping. A label is created and applied to your package, and a UPS tracking number is generated and emailed to the email address associated with your order. The tracking number allows you to check the shipping status of your order. To see where your package is in transit, just click on the tracking number provided in the email. If you have not located the tracking email information in your Inbox, be sure to also check your email’s spam/junk folders.
